Pinal County Public Health Department – Maricopa Clinic & WIC

Never in my life have ever delt with clinic staff so impatient & outright disrespectful to patients...... that was mind blowing... DO NOT GO HERE....if you want to be treated with decency.

Thanks a lot for making us wait two months for an appointment while we varelybhave food in the house and ky lady is pregnant, only to NEVER CALL US AND CAUSE US TO MISS THW APPOINTMENT. You scheduled one 30 minutes later and never called for that one too! Then you finally emaul back when ita close to closing so that you don't have to do shit and schedule us another month out. Not to mention qe have told the staff for four years we do not have our old phone number and to take it off file, and you guys never did!!! If this is a screw up on your part, you honor that and keep the appointment. We didn't miss it, you did. I was at work waiting for this call and could have got in trouble.

Excellent staff. Kind and considerate

Incredibly slow, watched 3 staff sit behind the front counter playing on thier phones while people waited to be helped. Nurse or nurses were slow in helping when we finally got back. I won't guide anyone here.
