3 weeks agoI went to Optum for a physical in Aug 2023. I was not happy with their being more concerned about my insurance than my health. Since that time they have called and sent me mail many times about a wellness test. I have called them a couple of times and politely asked them to stop contacting me about a wellness exam. I told them I do not want their services now or ever. Here we are at Oct 2026. Yet, 2-3 times a year I continue to receive their USPS notices to set up a wellness exam with them. Guess I'll have to report them for harassment.
