Fry’s Pharmacy

This place used to be great. They used to dill scripts within 24 hours, used to communicate. Now it takes days, sometimes over a week, to get prescriptions filled. I went in last night to pick up 3 and they said they needed 10 minutes. 2 were called in early last week and 1 I refilled over the phone and was told it would be ready after 2pm yesterday. I said I would just come back the next day (today). Today my wife goes in and they only have 2 of the 3 ready. Everyone there is super nice, but the service has really gotten terrible. Might be time to move to Walgreens.

I haven't my meds since Monday the 17th which is when it was sent in (today's Friday). Tried to be patient but the automated system still said in progress on Friday the 21st with no progress so I called in.....still not ready. No understanding no empathy at all they honestly argue with you to make you feel like you did something wrong. I see tons of people with more serious illness than me going without their meds and honestly it should be illegal the way they handle medications.

Excruciatingly slow service. Drive thu taking 15-25 minutes for 3 cars. What gives? This is absolutely terrible. Edit: been sitting for 24 minutes now, for sure. Car in front of me has NOT been helped. I see no excuse for this whatsoever.

Confirm with your Dr on how to take your medication and at what intervals. The tech was 100% wrong with mine and I could have avoided so much pain if I would have ignored her "advice". Beware of a middle aged dark haired lady. She is giving directions and should not be. She has no clue what she is talking about.

This location has to be one of the most dishonest.. disrespectful, pharmacy ive had the experience with. My recommendation: The Main CEO should to be training district managers / manager on how to better " -train employees in accordance with company and state regulations the correct and formal way". Fry's does not take the initiative to lesson, nor be in consideration as to other's health and or medications that are needed. Let alone take full responsibility - ( even if thats frys putting other's at risks of more health accruing issues when not being providing the medications that are needed and requested at the time and day stated. - ( some like myself, rely on those medications on a daily basis, if a day or two is missed without the medications, it can have an impact on the health / body) Moreso when being assured that the medications would be avaliable with no issues, while being told the coostomer would be notified when the process was completed, to yet again the same pattern of behavior of not taking in full concentration of the coustomer's needs, by not being provided the proper information when completed and or if an issue arose.
