The pharmacy. I needn't say more, but I will. What a terrible, terrible experience. If you have the slightest variation from just picking up you prescription and leaving, be prepared for the most mind-numbingly painful experience you can imagine at a pharmacy. They say "just wait ten minutes and the last prescription will be ready" Do they announce your name, so you'll know it's ready? NO. Do they tell you where to go to retrieve it? NO. Are you expected to wait another 30 minutes in line to retrieve it? Who knows? Is someone available to explain how to know when it's ready and where to stand to get it? NO. Three prescriptions, two of which were ready to go = 30 minutes waiting tovget to the register, then another 30 minutes to get the one that was supposedly ready in 10 minutes. When I asked "Did someone announce it?" - blank stare, no answer. Someone needs to do for pharmacies what QuikTrip (QT) did for gas stations... They would drive the rest all out of business. Sad thing is, Walgreens is worse...

Update: Disappointed with the pharmacy. I have been going to this CVS for a few years but the last few times there have been long lines , issues with getting refills and lack of help from the pharmacy. I still hsve an unresolved issue and the person that returned my call today basically told me she was too busy to help me and to come back tomorrow. This is 200% unacceptable - I’ll be moving my prescriptions elsewhere

While waiting in line my son needed to go pee. Restrooms were locked and closed for the day by 730pm. Was told once bathrooms are cleaned they are “closed” for the day. Store closes at 10pm. Weird policy but I guess that’s how they conduct business.

Prices are higher than most and supplies run out. Limited supplies
