Bo Knows Auto LLC

Drove from Chicago to Maricopa. 2.5 day trip, 1792 miles. As a result, My 2018 Madza CX-5 developed the following issues : Low Tire Pressure; Poor Braking; Squeaky/ Squelching sound engine belt. I received a referral to go see Bo- Knows. I left an email message describing my problems. Within a few hours after the email, I immediately received a call from The owner. He stated that he ( on short notice), assess the car and that he would notify me of the findings. Later that day, I proceeded to drop off the car. The following day, I again received a call from the owner. He described my areas of concern that needed immediate repair. He also informed me of an issue that not urgent, would need repair before next spring- summer hits. He stated that the car would be completed later in the day , or on the following morning. Wouldn’t you know, later that day, the repair was completed. I highly recommend Bo- Knows. They are kind, professional, accountable. They treated me and my car like it was their highest priority. I will certainly continue taking all of my cars to Bo- Knows for service. Also, their prices were reasonable and fair. Ed- Maricopa- Rancho Mirage

To be completely honest Bo knows is the shit in a respectful way. I've been dealing with the shop for years and always refer ppl to him. He gets the job done and at a fair price. He always goes over and beyond. If your car has problems check the shop out. On last note don't play yourself short by dealing with the other's. Tru facts
