2 months agoWe brought in our newborn baby a week ago for an initial visit. After which the doctors told us to come back in a week for a follow up. When we came back the receptionist Elvie and her manager Sara refused to take us back because my baby’s insurance is still pending with my work. This is after they scheduled us and after we communicated that it would take a couple of weeks for the insurance to be approved (being that the baby is two weeks old). The service was rude and also the doctor is not very professional or pleasant. This is unacceptable and we won’t be bringing our kids here anymore. We highly recommend that you do the same.
