SEPTIC PUMPED CLOG REMOVED EMERGENCY SITUATION Had an emergency situation with septic backing up, I called around to several septic pumping companies some never answered and the rest couldn't get out till the following week, called Simply Rooter and Septic they came same day, kept me in the loop on time they would be arriving, Shane showed up got septic pumped and the clog taken care of all the while explaining how the system works, even came inside to make sure toilets flushed properly which I truly appreciated, yes the price was slightly higher than others qouted but to me they answered their phone and kept me in the loop on time. came the same day, explained everything and made sure everything was completed and I was happy with service.

I have never been treated better. I told them my problem after seeing them work on a neighbors septic. They came right over and the next day they were right over to replace my baffles and then replaced concrete with beautiful pavers. Thank you and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

I need to express & highly recommend Simply Rooter and Septic to everyone out there that is in need for septic service. I consider myself very lucky that I stumbled upon Simply Rooter and Septic after discovering our horrible septic surprise. This company serviced and repaired our septic system. They actually showed me & explained what was happening, took pictures, were professional, continued working, continued investigating while discovering multiple, unforeseen surprises. The office manager was so polite and professional and delt with all my questions. She followed up with me within minutes with a return call back, (that never happens to me). She made calls & had contractor at my home within a very short time. The staff was focused, the equipment they used was impressive and the follow through, the results, they continued to work, stayed longer into the day, no one standing around doing nothing, everyone was busy doing what needed to be done to complete the job, finished quickly, cleaned up everything. It was evident that they all had pride in their work! Which you don't see anymore. To all of you at Simply Rooter and Septic, thank you so much for your services.

Excellent service, company was next door working on a septic tank and I asked for quote. They where very reasonable in price for a pump and to install a riser because they had to dig to find lid. At that point the last company to pump my tank put concrete on the lid. I consider this company to be a good bet to use as they will give you 100%.

Had a great time with one of the service techs. He went above and beyond to get the septic tank pumped out despite the unforseen challenges that came up. He had a great attitude the entire time, worked hard and didn't stop until the job was done.
