Karsten’s Ace Hardware

I haven't been happy with my experience with Karsten Ace Hardware. Jose Reyes Landscaping brought in a Stihl BR700 Backpack Blower to fix the pull cord that had frayed. Other than that it worked fine. They lost it or someone stole it. After waiting many months, when I went in to get my replacement they offered me a BG56C Handheld blower. Everything I said, they had a rebuttal and the Manager Victoria was huddled around other employees so I didn't feel comfortable nor were they approachable. After feeling like this was all they would do to make it right, I had no other option but to accept it. When walking to the cash register Larry said to Manager Victoria that we went ahead and accepted that blower. Wow! So they did have a preplanned game plan. Incredible. I have never received this type of service here before. So I called Corporate Ace who was supposed to call me back last Thursday. I called today being Monday and was told I'd receive a call back today. I have not received any call to resolve this unfortunate situation. Reyes Landscaping has been coming here for years and I've been an Ace Hardware and Supply customer for 51 years. Not any more.

Too expensive

Change all my Husqvarna equipment to still because they were able to service the equipment in town first time I brought my weed whip up there to be serviced after a week I got a hold of them and they said they couldn't get it started I needed a new machine I started it right up no problem in the store it was like they didn't even try then go to get blades for my chainsaw and they can't get them for a week out this is unacceptable if I have to drive out of town Husqvarna is a way better product
