They suck never never and I mean never get order right I'm just DONE!

Hi, this is Melvin McDonald’s. I came to this McDonald’s this morning, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I ordered using the kiosk, and somehow my total came out to almost $30 when I only ordered a Big Breakfast and a large drink. The kiosk started adding random stuff to my order, and I seriously thought somebody hacked it or my account. I never even got my receipt until I asked like five times. The worker barely acknowledged me and just kept saying “OK” instead of actually getting it. By the time I finally got my receipt, my food was ice cold. The workers were all grouped together in the kitchen talking while there was a huge line of customers waiting. Nobody was taking orders, and when they finally helped me, they had attitudes for no reason. It also took them forever just to give me my drink and cup, which is literally a piece of plastic. The Sprite tasted like sparkling water with no flavor, and the Powerade tasted completely watered down too. I could also hear workers talking about me in the back because I wanted to check what I was charged for. One of them was saying stuff like “Why does he even need the receipt?” which was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’m just trying to make sure I didn’t get overcharged for food I never ordered. On top of that, somehow my McDonald’s points started getting used on somebody else’s order right after I ordered. It literally said “Hello Melvin” on another order, and I ended up losing points instead of gaining them. I need those points back because that’s a lot of money worth of rewards gone. The restaurant itself was dirty too. There were flies everywhere, the bathroom was nasty, and one employee came back inside after smoking and made the whole restaurant smell like cigarettes. I have asthma, so that made the experience even worse. My sausage muffin bun was burnt black, upside down, smashed with cheese everywhere, and looked like it was thrown together in two seconds. The ice cream machine was broken too, which is the most classic McDonald’s thing ever. Overall, horrible service, rude workers, watered-down drinks, cold food, dirty restaurant, insanely slow service, and employees gossiping about customers in the back. Completely ruined my morning, and I’ll most likely be contacting corporate.

Updated review. I used to be of the opinion this location served the customer better than the other in town. This is no longer true. It’s sad how this place can make a customer feel like a burden, By appearing to be bothered to take your order. I come in with a good mood to get my coffee leaving with an altered mood because of the negative energy of this place. I do enjoy their coffee but not at the expense of a negative experience. Ridiculous customer service especially after prices doubled to have to deal with disorganization and ungrateful employees (not all)

For fast inexpensive food , service is good.
