The Ranches at Gunsmoke

Great place to live.

I been here 2 months and I honestly could have found somewhere that not so disorganized. It’s frustrating to constantly have to repeat and remind the office and maintenance about things. They take FOREVER TO FIX ANYTHING . The GATES ARE ALWAYS BROKEN WHICH I FEEL IS AND ESSENTIAL TO THE COMMUNITY! The main office ppl are ok but every other month it’s somebody new in there which I find odd. Kasi is nice but she is only one person . 2 maintenance men for a community of 270 units is kinda crazy. They steady coming up with new things with the rent is so confusing. Overall I’m overwhelmed and frustrated with this complex

Horrible process , took 2 weeks to deny my application because I was $4000 over . They do not turn calls or emails , came in today to pick up my holding fee for not to be able to get it due to the property manager not being there and I live over an hour away. My experience was nothing but horrible and unprofessional! Beyond annoyed and irritated.

Angela was extremely helpful throughout my family member’s application process. Despite managing many responsibilities and coordinating with several people, she remained responsive, organized, and compassionate from start to finish. At times, she appeared to be the only staff member present in the office, yet she continued to provide excellent support and made a meaningful difference in our experience. Her efforts were sincerely appreciated. In contrast, Alejandra was not helpful and did not assist when Angela requested support. Angela deserves colleagues who are willing to support her, especially since she appears to be the staff member most consistently present in the office.

I was working with a client to find a place for them to live and I was absolutely thrilled to have had Angela Russell work with them. She is so good at guiding them through the process. She was in constant communication and helped them every step of the way. I know they will enjoy living at the Ranches!
