New security guard at the door should just check ID's and let people spend their money instead of trying to be a tough guy. I will never be back.

Head Quarters Lounge in Maricopa, AZ is a place I strongly recommend avoiding. My experience there was completely unacceptable, disturbing, and deeply disappointing. No customer should ever have to deal with the kind of treatment I received from their security staff. One of their security guards, named Coup, displayed behavior that was aggressive, discriminatory, and completely unprofessional. His actions toward me were beyond inappropriate and reflected the kind of hostility that no establishment should tolerate from anyone representing their business. What is most alarming is that management continues to employ someone like this in a position of authority and public interaction. My son warned me multiple times not to return to this establishment, and unfortunately, I had to learn firsthand why. This situation has gone far beyond poor customer service. We fully intend to pursue formal complaints and legal action against the bar, its management, and the security staff involved. Businesses that allow this kind of conduct need to be held accountable.

My first time to Arizona. I will be back, if only to have another margarita here. Brandy can make the best of any cocktail.

took 45 minutes to get are oder. olny 2 people. and the biscuits and gravy is nasty. has no taste at all. and no sausage in in. the food is not like it was before. might have to go somewhere els for breakfast

The parking lot overflows raw sewage from the bar, don't walk through the puddles. It's every day and the place reeks of human waste. I feel bad for the other businesses nearby. If you pay for music on the jukebox and if the owners son doesn't like it he'll just get on his phone and clear your songs out and you don't get your money back. The first few times I came I felt like my tab was fair for what I ordered, but they changed the prices and it's not worth it. I've also needed drinks replaced because it came with fruit flies.
