a week agoThe food is fine, but the customer service here is absolutely terrible. I used the app to order ahead and went to the drive thru, the person on the mic asked to take our order and when I let her know I had an online order, she gave a big sigh like she was so annoyed and bothered by us, and got the same attitude at the window . I don't understand why they hire people who have no customer service skills.

3 weeks agoGo to a different fast food restaurant save yourself cause they will get your order wrong. My order was that difficult asked for no lettuce and what do I get a taco with just meat apparently they are trying to be funny which it’s not especially since no one was I. Line and I had to wait 10 mins to only have to go back in line wait again and this kid tells me to give the back the tacos as if I’m lying. Don’t go here they are horrible
