When I dropped off my car, I asked about a problem I was having. My car is missing badly while I’m idling at a traffic light. The technician said yes that is a problem and we will address it. I told him I was leaving on a 2000 mile trip in 10 days. I had to leave my car overnight so they could order parts for leaking spark plugs. After paying $950, I brought my car home but checked at traffic signals if the problem was fixed. It was not! I called and complained why it was not fixed. They said to bring it back in and for another $130 plus they would fix the problem. Screw that. I’m bringing my car somewhere else from now on.
