a month agoThis gym has been a great place for my fitness journey. The environment is clean, well-maintained, and has a strong focus on discipline and motivation. There is a good balance of cardio and strength equipment, so it suits all types of workout goals. The trainers are knowledgeable and give proper attention when needed, especially for beginners who are still learning correct form. I also like the friendly community vibe where people are focused but respectful. The changing rooms and overall hygiene are well managed. Even though it can get a bit crowded at peak hours, the experience remains very positive and worth it.

11 months agoI cannot say it enough but Sereh is wonderful. She knows her strength training and nutrition. I have gained muscle and the confidence to work out again, she pushed me and encouraged me. Unlike other trainers she took the time to understand me and what I was looking for. She checked in on me and was my accountability partner. Get your training in with her and oh she is flexible with her time which made working out even better. Thank you Sereh!!! You have my VOTE.

a year agoSerah is a great trainer that takes the time to understand her client's specific needs, set goals and work with them to achieve those goals. She's reassuring and also will push you really hard during your training session with her, as well as reach out to you privately to encourage you to exercise outside of the regularly scheduled training sessions. She is very knowledgeable and gives great constructive feedback. You will enjoy working with Serah as your personal trainer.

She provides great feedback and provides a personalized meal plan to help me make smart meal choices to keep my progress on the right track. She is very committed to checking in and making sure my progress is moving in the right direction while making sure to not push me past my physical limit. It’s always a welcoming environment and makes you feel comfortable while working out. Highly recommended!

2 years agoSerah is amazing! Super friendly, energetic, and makes training fun. Great communication; checks on progress, makes sure you're comfortable with the exercises, gives feedback and encouragement. I look forward to my sessions each week, I couldn't have picked a better trainer.
