a week agoCustomer Service out of this world- walked in and my subwaiter who hails from Washington State just made you feel welcome with conversation. Food excellent- Ordered the Station Italian/NY Steamer and the Hook and Ladder. Great food. Love this place.

2 weeks agoWe usually love FireHouse but this location often messes up our order and no one ever answers the phone. I tried calling for two days and the phone rang for two minutes straight each time. Likely won’t go again.

2 weeks agoManagement is way better. I’ve been coming to this location for quite sometime and the management before was not what it is now. The manager Brii is very charismatic and attentive. The customer service is excellent. Great food and always fresh.
