Jimmy John’s

First, I want to give Jarrell a shoutout! He was incredibly kind and patient while I decided what to order. I've never been to a Jimmy John's before (I recently moved here from a really small town in the Midwest), so I took a few minutes to look over the menu before ordering. I really appreciated his patience! Unfortunately, what I witnessed from the other employees left a pretty bad impression. An older gentleman came in while talking on the phone with what I assumed was his wife about her order and what she wanted. He was standing towards the back, out of the way, and clearly wasn't ready to order yet. The woman with dark curly hair and a nose piercing asked if he was ready while he was actively talking on the phone still, then proceeded to ask him two more times in an increasingly annoyed tone. When he finally walked up to order, she was incredibly snippy with him. I genuinely felt bad for the man. If I had been in his shoes, I probably would have just walked out. The music was also ridiculously loud, why are they blasting it like that? On a positive note, the food was really good and tasted super fresh! Unfortunately, seeing the interaction with the woman made the whole experience pretty uncomfortable. It's a shame because the food itself was great, and Jarrell was wonderful. I just wish the customer service from the rest of the staff had matched his.

Very slow insiders. Not freaky or fast. Long wait, over 20 mins for a uber drivers is ridiculous.

I went to Jimmy John’s to get my team lunch. I thought the order go messed up. So when I called they told me to come and they will provide me the bowl I thought I ordered. I had then realized I messed up on one of the order, so when I got there I told them it was my mistake and wanted to pay but they gave me the bowl for free. What great customer service. The team there is friendly and great you when you go in. Thank you so much for being so accommodating.
