a week agoStopped in today for the brand new chili lime chips. You need to order these online as part of the rewards on the Chipotle app. Tried to order a large bag. Arrived at store. Was handed a bag which I thought was the large bag of chips. Excited i opened them in the car only to find a much smaller bag inside which apparently was marked as large. Really? 5 clams for this? (the regular bag you get, like maybe 2 ounces) Went back inside and of course we have to get a "manager" to "approve" a change. Again " REALLY". whut the duece man. Everytime i order here they mess it up. Now onto the chips... I am going to say eh...they are owk. Already cold. Not even close to enough seasoning. Blatantly obvious that we do not care at all about creating a quality chip for the premium price. Freshly made yesterday most likely. Skip these. Much better options out there. Tighten up Chipotle. More options are movin in yo...

2 weeks agoI would not recommend for vegetarians or people with dietary restrictions...went in for a veggie burrito and in the middle of my order the customer ahead of me asked for a side of chicken. The guy making my burrito stopped to do that and stuck his gloved hand into the to go cup to push it down, handed it to the register guy, and immediately started folding my burrito again. Obviously at this point he also knew mine was vegetarian. Totally disgusting and ill probably have to throw it out but I felt too uncomfortable to make a scene and not pay or make them remake it. Im very disappointed especially because i eat here all the time at home with no issues (as in the change their gloves properly) :/
