Where do we start…… this was the WORSSTTT experience we’ve ever had! Decided to take the family out to dinner and this was probably the worst decision I could have made. I went to order a Modelo on draft, but they were out. I can get over that but when I went to order two other beers, they were also out. One of my kids ordered apple juice and got the last cup. Kids ordered chicken strips and fries, hamburger and fries and a quesadilla and fries. Well guess what, they got the last of the fries. It was almost like they were microwaved. That’s not all….. They ran out of steak for fajitas and other meals. Came back a few times to let us know but then the manager comes to tell us they are in fact not out of steak. That the waiter was wrong 🤨. We get our meals and the beans were burnt and hard around the edges, usually a sign that everything was nuked. The fajita bowl came out cold. Like extremely cold 🥶. They comped the fajita bowl which was nice of them, I guess. Not one person finished their meal. This was a party of 7 and nobody finished their meal. No to go plates and definitely didn’t take the free dessert. I don’t see how so many people in Copa rate these restaurants with mid service and 💩 food with 5 stars. I can proudly say we won’t be back. I wouldn’t waste your time.

Thank you Alexis, Marcos, Kahlia, and Rocki you all are amazing and we love visiting. The food is always amazing,service is always the best with you all and its nice to be welcomed by a group of friends and family in a restaurant here in town. Absolutely love it here thank you thank you thank you see you soon
