Big O Tires

The rate that I am giving is for management so the fact that I had scheduled an appointment and when I got there I was told to have a seat that someone would take care of me, well long story short if I would’ve stood up and walked to the counter. I would’ve not been seen to me that’s is poor customer service and management. Now Mr.Smith was great he was very attentive and has a great personality and great customer service. I give him 5 stars ⭐️

Best place in (Maricopa) for oil change. How do you recommend recommended

Horrible management, lazy incompetent staff, terrible service. A dangerous place to have work done. Go any place else for even minor work.

Constant change in staff says a lot. Someone new to me there who lacks Professionalism, Customer Service Skills, and is so Condescending to everyone. We were fine waiting in the Lobby, but he insisted on dropping us off at home and picking us up when complete. We were never called when car was ready, I called before closing and was Lied to about being contacted. Was also told that I was not going to be picked up. It is now next Day, was told I’d be contacted within 30 minutes for pickup, but it’s over an hour now with no contact. We have missed work now in an Economy like this. Have been coming here for years and have only seen one constant and really nice employee. Time for something New….

We were in the Maricopa area on vacation and had a screw in our tire and the guys at Big O were very accommodating and got us taken care of quick. Thanks for getting us back on the road with no delays!!
