I had the opportunity to sit down and have a long conversation with the owner, and I really appreciated how upfront, honest, and respectful he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, was transparent about the paperwork I had signed, and worked with me to get my money back. What stood out to me most was the way I was treated. The owner took the time to listen, answer my questions, and have an honest conversation with me rather than making me feel pressured or brushed off. That level of respect and transparency goes a long way. My experience with the owner genuinely changed my perspective, and he earned my trust and business back. and I appreciate the way everything was handled. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is willing to communicate openly and treat customers with respect. Based on my experience, I would recommend giving this dealership a chance. Maricopa Auto Outlet was fantastic to work with. Transparent and fair pricing, very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. The whole staff was great and they even delivered my vehicle to my door..in Phoenix. I'd recommend if you are looking for a great experience choosing Maricopa Auto Outlet. Took vehicle in for a starter replacement with no engine light on when dropping of to them. I already had it diagnosed and they saw I was pre-approved for a $2,000 limit but already quoted $600 for Starter to be replace. I got my car back after 8 hours for a starter replacement for my engine light to be on and now the diagnostic shows they ruined a sensor and drained by battery all the way. I cannot go back to this place again as this was not ethical service. I truly believe they did more damage in order for me to ask them to fix it again charging more money. I'm saddened by this lack of moralty by these mechanics. Taking advantage of disabled vets is not right just for more money.
