I called ahead to ask if savings could be used instead of income for approval. I was told that it might work, and when asked how much I had in savings, I said $12,000. I was told that should be okay. Based on that information, I drove about 2 hours round trip to view the apartments. However, when I arrived, I was told that savings would not be accepted and that I would need to show 2x the rent in income to qualify. This was really frustrating and felt misleading, especially considering the time and effort it took to get there.

I love my new home the process was so easy and fast and everybody in the office works with each other to make sure everything right Ryan and Wendy are so helpful and kind

I love it here! I love my apartment, I love the complex, and most of all I love the staff here, especially Wendy the manager and Joe the maintenance.

I have had a such a wonderful experience living here so far, From the move in process to now being a tenant! Wendy in the front office is amazing, always so welcoming and gets all of your questions/concerns addressed in a prompt and professional manner. I couldn’t be happier here at alto and I don’t plan on leaving any time soon!

I love my new apartment, new appliance and lovely kitchen, and the area that I live in is right by Walmart, a lot of storage , do you hear me, lots of storage I needed this, and I don’t have to pay electricity!
