Placed an order for dog food the first week of March was told it would take about two weeks. Called back 3 times for an update. Eventually 4 weeks passed.. when I called I was told so sorry for the inconvenience but the order was not even placed yet. They promised it would be ordered that week and assured me it would be in by April 7th...they said their orders had been messed up. Its April 15th....not even a phone call. Found another place in town that stocks the food regularly and got me my order in less than 1 week. I've been in the veterinary field for 15 years. This type of customer service when it comes to pets is super disappointing. I understand items being on back order or being unable to get them for whatever reason but the complete lack of communication is what I don't like. Just be honest with your customers.

I hope to educate people and change things for the better with this post. So, Google says they carry green tripe. They do not. And, while they were nice folks and welcomed me, they didn't even know what I was talking about when I went there to buy it. They have no fresh green tripe, no canned green tripe, no freeze dried tripe...nothing. And did not even offer to order it, or get some in for me. That was a real shocker, because many of us Animal Experts know...every dog and cat will eventually need fresh green tripe in their diet as they age. Unless you want to pay for expensive Vet Surgery to implant the donor bacteria into your pet's gut, or remove the items that they weren't meant to eat, from where they were trying to get their needs met. Cleaning up vomit and diarrhea for years, while your pet suffers. You can pay for expensive capsules online that help restore the gut biome of malnourished pets, nowadays, but for a big dog or two...you are looking at a monthly car payment, for that. Dogfood companies, pet stores, are misleading and ignorant about animal diets, nowadays. Veterinarian's are not trained properly or forgot, and won't educate the public on what the perfect diet for Dog's is, or they stingy with the info, to make more profits. That is reality. Raw Feeding, like a Dog's wild, natural diet, as close as you can get to it, is what kind of better bowl, we need. Dogs, Wolves for thousands of years, in the wild... don't hunt for and need to eat "fillers" like green peas, apples, sweet potatoes, rice, chickpeas, etc. All that starchy sugary, stuff. When was they last time you saw wild dogs and wolves sneak up on a farm and dig up a potato, or eat some green peas? They kill and eat other animals, and what those animals fed on. The contents of those animals guts,(berries, helpful bacteria, grasses, etc.) the nutrient and bacteria rich organ meats; brains, eyes, thymus, pancreas, spleen. They do not go for the fat, bone, and muscle meats, first. Just like people, we need certain things in our diet to maintain health and longevity. Animals are no different. People wonder why dogs will eat poop from other dogs or eat carcasses, wild grasses and when they can't get that, they will eat household things...it is because they get Pica from not getting what they need in their diets. And are trying to say..."something is missing". Whole Food is medicine, along with Exercise, Daylight, Fresh Springwater, what they would get in the wild, they still need supplemented for them, domesticated or not. People only have to think about it. So, I hope they read this and start carrying FRESH GREEN TRIPE for the residents and pets in the area. It would have been the first thing I stocked, in my pet food store, if I had opened one. Hope to buy green tripe there soon. P.S. Google needs an edit, big time....I would boast..." IN STOCK, We carry fresh green tripe, here."

I enjoy getting my picky little doggies fresh cookies here. Thank You to Amber who is always welcoming & helpful every time I stop by here. I started getting my Honest Kitchen here. Its pricey but so worth it for my fur babies. Also, its so nice that they support Veteran's. Came back today to pick up another Honest Kitchen Doggy food & my little doggies favorite fresh cookies. Met a sweet gal name Emily. As usual, good customer service. This place is a hidden gem.

Employee was real cool. Thursday I think is treat specials I got a good deal
